ORDERS
Spymart, Inc. will accept orders thru our online store. Until payment is received no orders will be processed. If payment is made by personal or business check, the order will not be processed for 5 business days. In addition the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age to receive the products and equipment and that the products and equipment will only be used in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws . Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% Order Cancellation Fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
PAYMENT
Spymart Inc. accepts the following: American Express,Visa/Mastercard , Discover Card, and Visa/Master Card Debit Cards. Contact Spymart Inc if you wish to purchase our products with a wire transfer.
SHIPPING
Spymart Inc will ship products Via Fedex or UPS. The cost of shipping will be based on the priority desired and the Zip code. Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the next day. Orders received. Orders received over the weekend or a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT
Restricted products are not for sale to the general public. Please contact Spymart Inc. if you wish to order any of these products .
RETURNS
Sale of these products is final. Any returns must have be authorized by Spymart Inc. Contact Spymart Inc. for instructions. . A restocking fee of 20% for all authorized returns. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns (including service returns) must have a return authorization number (request by email) and any non-service returns authorized by Spymart, Inc. are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping is non-refundable. Any returns sent without a return authorization number will be refused.
WARRANTIES
Spymart, Inc. does not provide a warranty either expressed or implied. All product warranties are those of the manufacturers. If a buyer receives a defective item, we will replace or repair that item at our discretion during the warranty period. The buyer will prepay the shipping. The product must be returned in the original box, with original packing material, owners manual, and power cord. The warranty is void if the product failure is due to customer abuse.
LEGAL STATUS
It is the customers responsibility to insure that the purchase, possession and used of these products conform to all federal, state and local laws.
Furthermore, by submitting an order to Spymart, Inc., the buyer does hereby unconditionally stipulate:
- That he or she is unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- That he or she is entering into a legal and lawfully binding purchase contract and the buyer does agree to pay for all products ordered and all other costs associated with the purchase including administrative and legal fees.
- That the jurisdiction and venue for any legal action on behalf of or against Spymart, Inc., will be located in Rockdale County, State of Georgia
SALES TAX
All orders shipped to a Georgia state address require the payment of 7.0% sales tax as reflected on the order form. If any state other than Georgia require the collection of sales tax on internet sales it will be the purchasers responsibility.
POLICY

Spymart, Inc. is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs of any kind arising from the use, suitability, or function of the products or equipment contain. Spymart, Inc., Inc. is not responsible for typographical or printing errors. All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Spymart, Inc., Acceptance of any order is not complete until the order is shipped. Spymart Inc reserves the right to refuse any order.
